Postage is by EMS. It is traceable and insured. It takes only 4-8 days for most countries

All guitars and pedals etc are packed carefully for international posting, they are not just sent in a soft case so there is little risk of damage. They are all insured incase of the unlikely event of damage.

For postage of "Free Post" items such as guitars to European countries the extra charge is usually about AUD20.

For combined postage or postage to other countries, please me email and ask.

About Warranty
* For new items the warranty is only valid in Japan. If it does not work out of the box I will replace/refund it but if you want a manufacturers warranty please go to your local shop purchase the item there.
* For used items they are checked but sold on a "no claim no return" basis however depending on the problem I may do something about it.

Send me an email of what you want, your Name and Address and I will send you the details for payment. No web forms no stored private info. If you use "Mail Me About This Item" from the page showing the details of the item, it will fill in the item details in the subject for you.

Transfer/Deposit to the CBA and Get a better price on goods as shown on each items cost. You can use net banking or deposit the money in person at any branch.
